We hire great recruiters to work with our clients, our team are partially remote, we try to meet around once a week and communicate via Skype/Slack and WhatsApp.
Ideally you are looking for P/T work, are comfortable speaking with clients to understand and define requirements and want the flexibility to set your own hours and deliverables.
You will want to work from home, spending your time on making things happen and are happy sourcing from non traditional sources ( No databases for us) We look for people who are passionate about doing a great job, have impeccable communication skills, are organised and nice people to work with. You will be expert as sourcing candidates, managing response and finding the best people for our clients to hire.
In return, we provide you with tools, phones, laptops and as much help as you need.
You will work on client projects, getting involved with everything from employer branding, sourcing ( lots of sourcing), interview management, phone screening and more sourcing.
We don't set targets, we support you and we go for lunch as often as we can.
