We hire great recruiters to work with our clients, our team is fully remote but we meet around once a week online and communicate via hangouts/Slack and WhatsApp.
We try to meet up quarterly for lunch/night out and sharing best practices.
Ideally, you will be passionate about hiring, are comfortable speaking with hiring managers to understand and define requirements, and take pride in delivering a good service to clients by hiring great people for them.
You will want to work from home, spending your time on making things happen and are happy sourcing from non-traditional sources (no databases for us).
We challenge our clients’ ways of doing things, getting to the heart of what they need and then building them a recruitment strategy that delivers, oh and we execute it as well.
