How we help
Talis were a successful software business that had launched and grown their product in the UK but found it difficult to work with recruiters due to their specific needs.
We worked with them to optimise their direct sourcing pipelines including referrals across functions, such as Engineering, Product, UX, Sales and Account Management. In addition to sourcing candidates directly, this included work on the interview process, employer website and ATS.
Companies we've helped
“Working with Talent Hackers means they can holistically consider the company’s requirements and the specific role and match it to the available talent pool. Their model enables them to give us impartial advice on candidates, develop our talent brand, even advise existing staff on interview techniques and design of the recruitment process, as well as bringing our attention to some of the best and newest recruitment tech.
As a result, we have been able to attract and more importantly retain some exceptional candidates in what is a very competitive marketplace. Furthermore, I am convinced we have avoided some bad decisions as a result of this approach.
As a result, I’ve been trying to keep his services quiet from my external network for years!”
